Hi everyone,

New investor here in the Columbus area looking for some recommendations on quality handymen for rental properties. Looking to find someone with a broad range of skills for semi-regular work on a newly acquired rental property in the Weinland Park area. My experience with some of the bigger contractors/handymen in the area, mostly found through Angie’s List, has been hit or miss.

Thanks in advance for any suggestions, and I look forward to becoming a more active member of the community over the coming months!
