Charlotte Investor (Newish) Looking to Network
Hey Guys - I've been in Charlotte for over 6 years now and love everything about the city. Me and my wife currently own three rental properties close to the heart of the city with two of them being ones that we've lived in and later converted into rentals.
Very interested in doing a BRRRR/ multi-family/MPH in the next 3-12 months and would love to connect with all the like minded locals! I'm also interested in doing some out-of-state investments and want to hear your stories!

Welcome to BP Ivan. As Don mentioned, the Metrolina REIA is the go-to for meetups around Charlotte. Not a whole lot going on right now, but once things open up again they have more meetings than you can imagine going to.
I do flips and buy and holds and would be happy to connect.
