Hello Everyone, 

I am new to the Charlotte area and I want to start investing in buy and hold and fix and flips. I have been reading up on both niches and looking forward to connecting with like minded investors! If there any weekly meet ups I would love to attend. Also, I am also looking to get into the painting business. Are there any current painters in the forum. Thanks everyone!
