Building a team in Buffalo / WNY

Hello BP! I'm new to BP, but like many others, I've read the books and stalked the forums for a while now. I currently own and rent two properties in Buffalo, NY, but am looking to begin BRRR at a much faster pace. I am looking to purchase and rehab for ~75-94k and refinance at about $100-125k (ARV of 125%). I'm mainly interested in properties in the city: Black Rock, North Buffalo, the East side.

I love bigger pockets because it is a community of friendly, helpful and like-minded investors. I'm seeking to connect with the following professionals who understand my business strategy of BRRR and would ideally work consistently (not exclusively) with me and scale with me as I grow! Please reach out if you are any of the following (or just another Buffalonian looking to make a connections...)! Maybe we can work together in the future!

- a real estate agent/broker

- a good contractor willing to come give estimates for necessary repairs

- inspector/appraiser (mine retired)

- wholesalers

- local lenders: HML offering 60-100k

Thank you!
