Howdy y’all, had this forum recommended to me from a friend.  I’m moving to Omaha, NE in August and hoping to buy a duplex/triplex to rent out while I reside in the other unit. Hopefully looking to find a real estate agent to help me find an investment property as such listed above and also a property manager to help manage the lease.
