Hi Everybody! I've been looking into Tax lien sales and I was wondering if anyone could share what they think are some of the red flags when deciding what properties to invest in.

The biggest risk in tax sale investing is bidding too much. You need to know what the property is worth., or at least a min value which would indicate your maximum bid.

I only bid n properties I look at. My strategy is work harder than anyone else. I have looked at 3,000+ properties for the upcoming tax sales in MD. Good luck - Ned
