Secondary Market for Private Note Purchasing

Hi BP community, are there platforms or open market for trading real estate based privates notes? (1st/2nd/mezzanine)? I know there are crowd funding platform that does origination but not sure if there are marketplaces that provide liquidity for the private notes. Thanks!

@Victor Ong to answer the question on liquidity, if you wanted to get liquidity on notes you would need to look to sell a partial or bring on an investor. It is not like buying property where there are lenders out there.

Commercial notes you may be able to hypothecate with a larger firm but they will not touch owner occupied properties that you hold the note on.
