Conducting a Title Search

I have a couple questions about performing a title search on homes entering a Sheriff Sale, Trustee Auction, or other Foreclosure Auction:

1. How do you perform your title search to check for liens against the property?

2. What liens are you most worried about? Which liens are deal breakers?
