Tax attorney for Jersey City

Hi,

I have a property in Jersey City Heights that I have owned and have been renting out for almost a year. I was thinking of hiring a tax attorney to see if I could get my taxes down, they seem a little high. Does anyone have any recommendations? Or any guidance from someone who went through the process. What do most lawyers charge? Has it been helpful?

Thanks so much!

If you send me the property address, happy to do a quick analysis and let you know if you are over assessed. Appeals don't get filed in Hudson until April, so you have some time anyway.
