Hello Everyone,

Happy to learn about this site - I have been remodeling and repairing homes for 4 years.  Always being on the tough side of flips, I'm new to the investing side but really want to get involved!  Currently researching "Subject To" if anyone can help or offer advise..  A note about the subject to - It "appears" I could use my abilities to help people in a hard spot.. while low risk or my own money involved in the deal and in the mean time building longer term wealth..?
