I live in Baltimore Maryland and interested in buying tax lien certificates... I know the auction is in may but I wanted to know if there were anyway I could see a list of houses with liens placed on them somewhere...?? Whether its a website or I can go to a building because I know its public information , I just don't know where to go to get it..

Is there a way to buy lien properties online without an auction? I'm in Virginia.
