Texas Tax Sales
I have found a lot of information on the tax sales in Texas. However I still have some questions!
1. If you are the winning bid how long after are you able to have access to the property? I am going to assume once you are able to have access you are to find the best method to enter property for there wouldn't be a key handed to you? i.e. window breaking door?
2. How successful are you at finding previous owners and getting them to waive the redemption period? Signing a quick claim deed?
3. If the previous owners do sign a quick claim deed to you does that clear up all the issues with getting title insurance on the home prior to the 2 year period?
4. How do you go about finding any other liens on the property before auction do you do that with a title company? On average how much does that cost?
Thanks for the help and any information you can give is appreciated!
