Really liking note income
Most of my income is derived from re-sales. I cash out of most of my re-sale deals and usually only carry paper in order to solve a problem. However, this year I created two small seller carryback notes as a way of increasing profit on the deals. It's not much, but as of this month I'm getting $1300/mo in note income that is actual cash flow and truly passive. Most importantly, it's not landlording. That small passive income is just as exciting to me as my big cash payouts on rehabs and resales. Who knew? Must have more!
