What state/jurisdiction would you recommend for incorporating an LLC for investing in real estate notes nationally? Would an LLC be your type of entity of choice or would you recommend a different type of entity?

I did my home state. Then registered as foreign entities in others. Speak to an attorney on it for all pluses and minuses
