I purchased a Tax Certificate in Hillbourough County Florida. Redemption Period is up and I was told i can foreclose on this property. My question is since the redemption period is up does this have to go back to auction or this is my property to keep

Marissa, you really need to contact the tax collector there, and learn the procedure. I don't know what you mean by "high prices of judgments to the title". Also, you have no need to be doing title searches, you don't have any kind of title to this property. The clerk of court will run a title search in order to notify all parties having a lien or interest on this property, when they prepare to send this to auction, After you have followed all the procedures necessary, and paid all the appropriate fees and additional taxes.
