First time homebuyer Detroit
Hey all. I'm a second year medical student looking to purchase a home in Detroit with a conventional loan. My plan is to live in it for the next 3 or so years and rent a room out. Once I graduate I plan on holding on to the house and renting it out. I don't have the pockets to afford a lot of risk. So far I've been looking at Cornerstone village, east English village, and hazel park. Is this a viable plan?
