Dexter-linwood neighborhood, is it safe?

Hello everyone, I recently purchased a property in the dexter-linwood neighborhood. Just off Burlingame street. I would like to know how safe this neighborhood is.... Nice size brick home 4bed 2 bath 3k sq ft... what does this area normally market for in sales? I've seen houses sell for 325k, 180k and some under 100k less than I mile away...

Safe is a very big word and has lots of different meanings depending on a lot of factors.  Just google "dexter-linwood crime" and you can see on Niche . com it scores a C-.  So, best in the city?  Worst in the city?  No on both accounts.  Safe, well to some that would be a hard no and some that would be yes.  And this is a decent size area so some blocks are going to be nicer than others.

That is one reason you see such a large difference in price.  I have owened in this area, I currently manage several in this area on Glynn, Burlinggame, Waverly etc.....

Unfortunately w/o an address and knowing the condition of your property it is 100% impossible to answer your question "What does tihs area normally market for in sales" - the area is too big to give an answer w/o photos, knowing condition of your home and block.

You can find homes for 1K to above 300K and it all depends on the actual block you are on and the condition.  Feel free to DM me address, photos of the asset inside and out etc....and happy to help you as much as I can.
