Newbie Investor in Baltimore

I am a newbie investor - looking to buy my first investment property - in Baltimore city.  I am looking in West Baltimore around the Hollins Market area.  I have done some preliminary research, including listening to podcasts, reading about real estate and the Baltimore market, checking houses online, and walking around the area in Baltimore city.  I want to get "off the sidelines" and get started.  Any suggestions??????  Thank you so much in advance.

@Steven Grodnitzky  I know some agents out there. Here's a couple that are investor friendly. Let me know if you have any questions!
