Real Estate Attorney Recommendations?

Billy Cha

Hi everyone!

My wife and I are born and raised in Portland Oregon and just started our REI journey. This past August we acquired our first rental property and inherited long term tenants along with an existing lease. With the existing lease set to expire soon, we're now looking to introduce a new lease that is more inline with how we want to manage the property. That being said, we are on the hunt for legal advise and hope to add an attorney to our team. There's a lot of "we don't know what we don't know" so we want to "know what we don't know" 😁

Any recommendations for real estate attorney’s would be greatly appreciated!

Regards,

Billy Cha
