People in the neighborhoods are getting upset. Look towards Nashville to see what is going to happen here in the future. I hope there is a good amount of opposition.

Thanks for posting the article, Ron. How do you think this applies to multifamily STR? The article only really discusses single-family residences, and I'm curious if there is a different approach to, say, an 18-Unit building that I'd like to use a portion of for short-term rental.
