Moving to Lexington, looking for an investor agent!
Hello everyone!
My husband and I are moving to Lexington (from California) at the end of June, and we're looking to buy a property we can househack, whether it's a duplex/triplex/4plex or a SFH where we can turn the basement into a unit we can rent. Preferably something that's in a good area (close to UK campus) and that we can renovate/improve/add value to.
Ideally we'd love to connect with a realtor who is also an investor and owns their own properties. Thank you in advance!

@Ana Rocio Valenzuela I would highly recommend Scott Peace. He is an investor himself and has brought me a number of deals that I have bought there in Lexington. DM me and I can connect you all.
