Who are the top multifamily brokers in the Kansas City area? I did a search on here, but didn't get anything recent.

Thanks!

Adam

@Adam Lacey

Alex Olson & Michelle Lutz are good contacts for you. They operate in that size apartment complex niche.

I operate in the small-moderate multifamily space. Represented the buyer on a 11 unit here in Kansas City last month and have a 12 unit set to close tomorrow. My team has a 49 unit listing but it’s currently under contract.

Let me know if I can assist
