Looking for fix and rent lenders local lenders

Hi guys, I'm looking to get my feet wet in the Wichita rental market and currently looking for recommendations on local lenders. I want to focus on 40-60K properties in need of repairs with small commercial loans that wraps rehab into the loan. If anyone has recommendations please PM me.

Credit Union of America. The commercial guy downtown does it. He’s a busy dude but very knowledable and fun to talk to. Rates are hard to beat.

Jeff Seal with Revolver Finance is a guy to talk to. I would also look at RCB Bank and Stock Exchange Bank in Arkansas City.
