Seeking Advice from Interior Designers
Hi all!
Seeking advice from an experienced interior designer in relation to amount you typically charge per project and a look into the breakdown. More specifically if you’ve worked on flipped properties.
Thanks in advance!

I used to work with designers in Coronado on high-end stuff. Even when I referred them to the owner, I kept out of the relationship...too messy. But as I recall they were charging about 5%...of course that reduced as the Job Price went up. In other words, a $500k job might het them $20K, but a $2mil job might only be $35k.
An important thing to remember from an old GC...even though you may not be working for the GC, make sure to be respectful of what he's doing. Don't make some crazy design changes that will screw up his project without talking to him first...he ultimately has more power with the customer than you.
Good luck....
