Hello BP family!

I am looking to invest in by & hold rentals in the Atlanta area in the next few weeks and am looking for an investor friendly general contractor.  I am also new to BP so am trying to figure out the most efficient way to communicate on this platform.  Thanks in advance for your suggestions!
