Toms River NJ Flipping

Hello! I’m a contractor in the Toms River area and I’ve been itching to flip a house, the only thing is I’m not great with the technical side of things and don’t have the funding. I’m confident me and my guys can do most of not all of the work ourselves and whatever I don’t know my Father will, he’s a certified construction superintendent and would also be on board with flipping. He has helped investors before flip apartments in Lambertville, NJ and we both have referrals. If any lenders would be interested in teaming up I am all ears!
