Where to invest 500,000
I own 5 properties in Missouri and they are all on rent. I get about $5,000 a month from rent. But now I want to move to Dallas. If I sell the houses I will get about 500,000.
I want to buy couple houses in Dallas and rent them out. I need some suggestion on where is the best place to buy the houses and get good return on them and if in the future I want to sell it it’s not too risky.
