Unrestricted personal loan
I wish to buy a fixer upper and do the work myself while I live there. After finding out that most lending institutions do not allow those circumstances. Currently I am looking for a unrestricted personal loan to buy my fixer upper. I do have 20% down payment for anyone who gives me the remaining 80%. Homes in Gainesville, FL are cheap as well. I am seeking a home between 50-75k. What are my options for financing? I have spoken to many lending institutions, and have had my credit pulled multiple times thus far. Any recommendations?
