Hi I’m a fix and flipper investor. I recently looked at a Riverside neighborhood property and I’m curious if anyone else has rehabbed any properties in this neighborhood. Would appreciate any and all comments.

I’m also interested in the Pittsburgh neighborhood of Atlanta. Comment on this as well.
