Hi everyone,

I’m new here on BP.

Just starting to look for new investments in Milwaukee for fix & flip.

Me and my colleagues wants to build a team for that, we are looking for the right agent, wholesaler, contractors and more.

Will appreciate any advice you have to share:)

Sara

@Sara Aviv Berger

Welcome to BP! I’m a newer investor in Milwaukee having only a single investment property (about to be two this month) and one flip under my belt. Milwaukee is a competitive market with a lot of talented investors so getting the right team is crucial. Feel free to PM with questions about the area and I’d be happy to try and help. Good luck!
