Agent owned property and dual agency

I just renovated a property for a flip, I’m a realtor and one of my clients is interested in purchasing it, I haven’t listed it yet for the market . What would be my best course to go about this legally?

Is one option. The other option is to have another agent in your office list it so your E&O covers it and it stays arms length. Find an agent who also buys and sells and just trade work.
