Amana vs Whirpool vs Frigidaire kitchen appliances

Have you found buyers to have a preference over Amana (which is the cheapest) over Whirlpool or Frigidaire (which are about the same price) for stainless steel kitchen appliance suites?

The vast majority of buyers are too ignorant as to brand names and reputations to care. They'll say "oh, great, new stainless appliances" and move on. In the higher end markets brand name matters but that is when you get into 5 figures for a stove
