Lead based paint abatement
Has anyone ever had to deal with lead based paint? I have a potential fix and flip but it may have lead paint. How do you get rid of it? Do I have to remove the all the drywall? Is it expensive to handle without removing the drywall? Any advice or resources appreciated! Thanks!
