BRRRR in Fort Worth Texas

Hello!

Can anyone help me with there thoughts on investing in Fort Worth, TX.

I'm looking to BRRRR long distance, I've been looking into Jacksonville, FL but things are moving along too slowly so I thought I'd open myself up to another market option to see which I break into first.

Has anyone invested in Fort Worth? Seems like a good rental market from what I’m reading online...

Appreciate any guidance or tips! Happy Investing!

For the record, my Texas evictions don't take any less time than my California evictions on average, and they cost more money.
