How to track Home Depot expenses?

Right now we have 5 rehabs going on and I have 4 business credit cards spread out between different contractors. They all purchase 90% of supplies through Home Depot. Rather then having them save every receipt  - is there an easier way to track home depot expenses? I was hoping to go online and just print the receipts through Homedepot.com   - anyone know if this is an option?

If you have a pro account, then at checkout you can categorize your purchases by "Job Name" So when the contractor checks out, he puts your phone number into register and then the whole purchase gets added under" Job One" or whatever you name it. I'm not sure if you can print receipts online though.
