Tracking Employees and Payroll

What are you experienced and busy rehabbers/contractor’s using to track your employees? I have 7 ongoing development projects with crews spread between them all. It has been frustrating and difficult to track who shows up on time, who leaves early, who was at which jobsite, etc.

I’m looking for an app recommendation that allows employees to “clock in” and “clock out” with a GPS so we can track that they did not cheat and clock in before actually arriving/leaving. Additionally, it would be nice to have the ability to input each employees daily or hourly rate and have the app total for each day, each week, each month. Payroll could then be processed from these reports.

Any useful apps or other ideas and recommendations are welcome/appreciated.
