Looking for Flippers Insurance

Any recommendations on flippers insurance? There seem to be no recent recommendations/updates on insurance companies or policies.

For every flip we fund we require Hazard/Builders Risk Ins.  Unfortunately I have no idea what companies are providing in Hawaii.
