Washer and Dryer in Flip Question

Hi Everyone,

We are rehabbing a house to flip and want your opinion on if it is better to stack the washer & dryer or to put the washer & dryer side by side in the laundry room.  There is room for either way, but there would be more room for a larger cabinet with counter top if we stack the units.  If the units are side by side we can still have a smaller cabinet.  My thoughts are to put the units side by side because a shorter person would be more comfortable with that configuration.  Please give me your input.  Thanks.
