Home Equity question!
Hi friends,
I found a great deal, 30,000 for a fixer upper that I'll be able to purchase outright with cash. ARV is 195k. Once the property has closed, and mine free and clear, what options do I have for financing the rehab? Is it as simple as a heloc? The property likely needs about 60k of interior fixing, but it looks presentable from the street. Is there another option I should be considering?
Thanks a ton!
