Getting funding with LITTLE TO NO CASH

Hey BP pros. I need help trying to get a project funded with little to no cash of my own. It's a great deal but getting the hard loans for the project will be way too expensive for us. We don't want this deal to slip through our fingers. Can someone please offer some helpful tips to get this funded, if that's even possible. Thanks
