Template for scope of work and independent contractor agreement

Hi BP, we are in the process of closing our first rental property purchase and I'm looking for a template for scope of work and independent contractor agreement. The links to the ones included in the free real estate forms and contracts (I think initially created by J Scott) are no longer valid for some reason. Can anyone please share a good template?
