Rehab Supply Sheet For Contractors
Hey Everyone!
I was wondering if anyone has a Rehab Supply Sheet they can provide? I am looking to see if anyone has a list of supplies and prices they use on there flips that they provide to there contractors before starting a job. I have completed 10+ flips but most have been higher end. I am starting to get into the 500k and lower price points and was looking for some guidance! We want to make sure we are getting the best possibly bids from our contractors from day one!
