New Investor looking to flip single family house

Hi Bigger pockets members,

I am looking to flip a home this year. Are there any experienced flippers in the Metro Detroit area that can be an assistant of going through the steps. So that I can have a successful flip.  I am looking to fund the deal and split the proceed 50/50 at the end of the deal.
