Areas for Flipping in Central Arkansas

Hey investors,

I was wondering if anyone that is familiar with rehabbing/flipping in the Central Arkansas area could inform me of some of the best areas to flip as far as decent neighborhood, good schools, etc. I am familiar with the Little Rock area but don't know much about specific areas in Benton, Bryant, North Little Rock, Sherwood, and other surrounding areas. Your help is very much appreciated!
