First flip in California
Hey everyone, I got a question. I spoke to a private lender/investor on funding my first rehab. Lender said to come back with a proposal. How do I approach this? Or how is this is created? What is the basis/guidelines creating this? Contractors are already in placed and I can contact the insurance as soon I can get my first lead going. Thank you all.
