Newbies looking for direction
Hi,
We (boyfriend and I) are trying to get started in real estate with rehabs and rental properties. To start we think it would be best to do a rehab, but we are running into a few roadblocks. Can anyone recommend a lender or give advice in what type of loan is best. We really do not want to have to live in the residence for a set period of time before we can flip.
Thanks in advance for all help!
