Hi,

Does anyone know how much does it cost building a house from ground up in New Jersey area? Like from just a lot and build let's say 2100sq ft house. I have a property that I am looking at that can fit maybe six 2100sq ft house with ample parking for each.

Appreciate your help.

Hi @Jefferson Gan,

Welcome to BP!

All depends on finishes, etc. In that area of NJ I would think about $120 per square up based on the quality of the material you use. This would not include soft costs.

Let me know if I can assist with any questions.
