I'm currently looking for properties in the Columbus, Ohio area to fix and flip. My goal is to flip at least 3 properties this year. Any advice or suggestions?

Learn as much as you can about your market. What are houses going for, what you get at different price points, etc. Understand how to compare properties so that you'e comparing apples to apples. Age of house, quality of construction, size of lot, size of house, condition of house, appliances, flooring, etc. What are rents, high, low ? Is there a good demand or none?
