Advice to find additional funding
We have flipped several local properties in the last year and we are wanting to add to our current properties. We have two under wraps right now which has the majority of the business funds tied up. We are wanting to expand with possibly purchasing one more property but I am struggling to find the right direction to find an investor/funding company to loan the funds for the third property. If anyone has any recommendations, I would greatly appreciate it.
