Affidavit and memorandum!! Help
I went to the recorder office in downtown miami fl to record a affidavit and memorandum of purchase and sale agreement and I was told they no longer do that..I was like wow!!!..so how people are suppose to protect their investments whenever they have a property under contract!!!!

Yep, Dade county stopped allowing recordings of Notice Of Interest due to abuses of it by shady "investors".
